Perth sketchbook
text by Kirwan Ward ; drawings by Paul Rigby.

Publisher
Rigby | 1966

Summary
In a country where changes are taking place rapidly, where modern living is constantly making new demands, the relics of history can too easily be over-looked, ignored, or even swept away. For this reason it is important that our national heritage be recorded in as many ways as possible.
In Perth Sketchbook, with its sensitive drawings by Paul Rigby, famous throughout Australia for his newspaper cartoons, and its lively text by Kirwan Ward, the graphic and the literary have been combined so beautifully and so effectively that Perth's historic buildings will be preserved for ever.
