Architectural Style: Inter-War Art Deco

Original Use (Residential): Flats/Apartment Block

Present Use (Residential): Flats/Apartment Block

Significance: Built in the 1930’s the building’s façade emphasises Art Deco design. Through raised lettering, curved balustrades, glass bricks and horizontal and vertical brickwork the prominence of strong geometrical design is highlighted by the Tuscan columns and arches a key feature in the Art Deco period.
